Flushing System (Chemical washing of systems)

In production industrial processes with Thermal Mechanical Facilities such as heating-cooling closed cycle systems, cooling towers, steam boilers, steam generators, there are effects of lime, sediment, siltation, wear and biological activation of water used as thermal transfer flow. Sediments from such effects lead to serious energy loss.

For this purpose, it is imperative to carry out flushing operations in heating-cooling closed cycle systems, in thermal systems working for special purposes, as well as to carry out the process in a safe and professional manner by highly qualified technicians.

"Flushing" should also be carried out within the specified time, taking into account the effectiveness of the chemical substance and, in addition, the corrosive effect of oxygen in the water. Following the "Flushing" procedure, the corrosive effect of oxygen in the additional water will be at its maximum level, since the pipes, equipment, and devices have been cleaned. Therefore, a post-rinse chemical protection program should be implemented as soon as possible.

The implementation of a Chemical Protection Program without "flushing" will not provide the expected protection effect, and it is highly likely that corrosion and fouling will be accelerated depending upon the characteristics of the water.
