MEBA PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN DIVISION
MEBA Procurement & Supply Chain provides technical, quality validated and commercially optimized supply solutions for industrial, energy, oil and gas, construction and infrastructure projects.
We treat procurement as an integral part of the engineering and commercial objectives of the project, not just the process of acquiring and delivering the product. We evaluate each request taking into account technical specifications, quality requirements, budget, execution schedule and operational conditions.
Our goal is to optimize the total procurement cost of the project while maintaining the required quality, reliability and performance indicators without going beyond the technical requirements defined by the engineer.

ENGINEERING-BASED PROCUREMENT AND COST OPTIMIZATION
Every procurement process starts with a proper understanding of the technical requirement and defining the real needs of the project. The MEBA team analyzes technical specifications, data sheets, material lists, BoQ and other project documents to identify suitable manufacturers and products, compare alternatives from a technical and commercial point of view, and select the optimal supply option.
When evaluating alternative products or manufacturers, the basic principle remains unchanged: the technical parameters, required functionality and quality indicators defined by the engineer must be maintained.
For MEBA, cost optimization does not mean choosing the lowest cost product. Purchase decisions are made taking into account the initial price of the product as well as its effect on the total cost of the project and the operational result.

DIRECT SUPPLY FROM MANUFACTURER AND GLOBAL SUPPLY NETWORK
MEBA prefers to purchase products directly from the manufacturer or through the manufacturer's official supply channel. This approach makes it possible to reduce intermediary stages, transparently trace the origin of the product, specify technical data directly with the factory and achieve more optimal commercial and delivery conditions.
MEBA evaluates alternative sources of supply according to the project's technical, commercial and time requirements through a network of manufacturers and suppliers formed across various industries in China, Europe, Turkey, the Middle East and other key production markets.
Supply of products and solutions of NOV, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, SLB, Logan Oil Tools and other international manufacturers and technology companies according to the project requirements is organized for oil and gas projects.
QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE
MEBA prefers cooperation with approved and technically evaluated manufacturers. Depending on the nature of the project and product group, the compliance of manufacturers and products with international standards and requirements such as API, ISO, ASTM, ASME, IEC, EN, CE and GOST is evaluated.
The following technical and quality documents are provided and checked along with the supply when required:
Certificate of conformity
Certificate of Origin
Material certificate and plant test certificates
Inspection and test plan
Factory test reports
Technical data sheets and technical drawings
Warranty documents
Operation and maintenance manuals
Supply for MEBA is not complete with product purchase. The product's technical compliance, quality, origin, and compliance with project requirements must be confirmed with relevant documents.
PROFESSIONAL PURCHASING TEAM
MEBA's purchasing activity is not limited to manufacturer search and price comparison. Our team systematically manages all key stages of the procurement and supply chain.
Strategic procurement and global sourcing
Evaluation and management of manufacturers and suppliers
Technical and commercial evaluation
Cost optimization
Contract and purchase order management
Production process monitoring and acceleration
Logistics and customs coordination
Supply chain management
The participation of CIPS qualified specialists in procurement processes supports the application of international procurement principles, a transparent procurement approach and professional supply chain experience.
LOCAL STOCK AND WAREHOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE
Local stock of selected equipment, tools and critical spare parts is maintained in a warehouse infrastructure that meets MEBA's modern industrial storage and warehouse management requirements to strengthen our operational supply capabilities.
The stock availability of the product groups shown below serves to meet the urgent needs of the projects more flexibly, reduce the mobilization time and minimize the critical supply risks.
SUPPLY DIRECTIONS
MEBA supplies a wide product portfolio for various industrial and project needs. The following categories reflect the main areas of our supply capabilities.
MEBA'S SUPPLY APPROACH
MEBA is not a product, but a supply solution tailored to the project's technical requirements, quality standards, schedule and budget.
Through engineering-based evaluation, a global manufacturer network, local inventory capabilities and end-to-end supply chain management, we aim to develop a reliable, traceable and economically sound supply model for our customers.
